People are Stupid...and I Don't Like Them Right Now

It has been three weeks since I turned in my Early Church Fathers midterm and nearly three weeks since I took my Hebrew midterm. And have I gotten either of them back yet? No. But the most ridiculous thing was class today; my new instructor was out of town (my old prof isn't coming back for the rest of the semester), so we watched a film on archaeological sites. Which was, in itself, an interesting film. But it had nothing to do with class.

I just don't understand why I have to kill myself each weekend to get my translations done just so I can get to class and not do anything productive. There was no reason why our TA couldn't have led us through recitations and translations. No reason at all. A video? Please. We're in grad school, not grade school. Don't waste my time.

Can you tell that I'm grumpy?

It's just that I kill myself at work and in school to get things done in a well-prepared and timely manner. I don't understand why people who are less busy than I am can't manage to do the same. Grrr.

You are not alone! I frequently feel this way, and not about my clients!
